You sold it. We build it. Your name on it.
Fixed-scope AI-agent builds for agencies that sell faster than they can hire — RAG bots, workflow automations, scrapers, integrations — delivered white-label, under your brand, to written acceptance criteria. No bench to keep warm, no retainer, no third party your client ever sees.

Delivery capacity, on demand — for the week you signed a client you can't staff.
Agent-dev demand routinely outruns in-house delivery capacity, and specialist agent work is commonly billed to end clients at USD 150–300/hr. You keep selling; the build queue backs up. We are the sub-contracted build team you plug in per project: EU-based, English-native, GDPR-comfortable, and at home in your US hours. You quote your client your price. We deliver at a fixed, scoped rate underneath it — your margin stays intact.
Four categories. Fixed scope. Acceptance criteria up front.
We take the builds that have a clear finish line. Each engagement is scoped to a written specification with explicit acceptance criteria — you know exactly what "done" means before a line of code is written.
RAG bots & knowledge assistants
Chat and Q&A agents grounded in your client's documents, wikis, or product catalog — with source citations, guardrails against hallucination, and an evaluation harness so answer quality is measured, not assumed.
Workflow & back-office automation
Multi-step agents that read an inbound message, decide, and act — triage, draft, route, update a record — with a human-review checkpoint where the stakes warrant one. Built on your client's existing tools, not a new platform to learn.
Scrapers & data pipelines
Structured extraction from web sources and documents, normalized to the schema you need, with retry/back-off, change detection, and output validation so a silent failure is caught rather than shipped.
Integrations & agent plumbing
The connective work: API integrations, webhooks, tool/function definitions for an agent, model-to-tool wiring, and the auth and error-handling that turns a demo into something you can put in front of a paying client.
Scopes shown are illustrative shapes of typical work, not a fixed menu — every engagement is priced against your specific spec. Stacks we commonly work in: Python/TypeScript, common vector stores, the major LLM/agent APIs, and your client's existing cloud.
Invisible to your client. Clear on paper.
The relationship is simple by design — the terms below are the default, written into every engagement so there is nothing to negotiate mid-project.
- Your client stays yours
- We work through you. We do not contact, invoice, or market to your client, during the engagement or after it. No logo of ours appears anywhere in the deliverable.
- IP transfers to you on final payment
- On final payment, the work product — code, prompts, configuration — is yours to assign onward to your client. We retain no license you didn't agree to and claim no portfolio rights over your client's build.
- NDA-by-default
- We sign your mutual NDA before scoping, or work under ours. Client names, data, and the existence of the engagement are confidential unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
- You own the client relationship & comms
- Status, demos, and delivery reach your client through you, in your voice. If you want us on a call, we join as your team — never as a third party.
- Fixed scope, written acceptance criteria
- Every build starts from a spec with explicit acceptance criteria. "Done" is defined before we start, so sign-off is a checklist, not a debate.
- US-hours overlap
- We are EU-based (Bulgaria) with working overlap into US business hours, so your client-facing day is covered for questions and demos. Async by default, synchronous when it matters.
Two ways to buy. Both scoped, both invoice-simple.
No retainer, no bench fee. You pay for a defined build, or for defined capacity — nothing in between to reconcile at month-end.
- Written spec + acceptance criteria before start
- Milestone or 50/50 payment terms
- One happy-path smoke test on delivery
- Handover docs + runbook included
- IP assigns to you on final payment
- Buy in weekly blocks, pause anytime
- Transparent weekly time + progress report
- Convert to fixed-scope once the spec settles
- Same IP + confidentiality terms
You don't accept until the acceptance criteria are met.
We agree, in writing, what a finished build must do before we start. If a delivered build doesn't meet those criteria, we fix it to spec — that's the deal, not an upsell. Founder offer: the first build with a new agency runs at a locked intro rate, against those same written acceptance criteria, so you can test the working relationship on real work at low risk.
Pricing bands are indicative and drawn from public agent-dev market rates (specialist agent work is commonly billed at USD 150–300/hr to end clients); your final number is quoted against your actual spec, not a rate card.
No borrowed logos, no invented testimonials. Here's what we can show you instead.
This is a new delivery practice with an NDA-by-default policy — so instead of borrowed logos or invented testimonials, we show you our own work, our method, and terms you can hold us to.
A channel-agnostic AI receptionist stack
Our reference build is an AI receptionist: one agent brain, channel-agnostic by design (Telegram live today; Viber/WhatsApp and voice on the roadmap), with end-user AI-disclosure built into every conversation by default (EU AI Act Art. 50) and a human-handoff path for anything urgent. It exists, we built it, and we can walk you through the architecture — how the agent, retrieval, tools, and channels fit together — on a screen-share, under NDA.
- Agent orchestration + tool-calling layer
- Per-client deploy — deployable on EU infrastructure with a DPA; GDPR-conscious data handling
- Transparency (AI-disclosure) designed in, not bolted on
Who you're actually working with
ikode Delivery is an EU-based (Bulgaria) engineering practice run by a hands-on builder — not a sales layer in front of an offshore pool. You talk to the person writing the spec and the person accountable for delivery. Our edge is a low cost base, native English, EU legal and GDPR comfort, and a working day that genuinely overlaps US hours — which is why the margin math works for you.
What we deliberately keep small is the promise: see the honest limits below. We would rather scope narrowly and hit it than over-claim and miss.
What we don't take on
A capability claim is only useful if it's true. These are outside our lane today — if your build needs them, we'll say so up front rather than learn it mid-project.
- Large-scale model fine-tuning or training from scratch
- 24/7 on-call SLA operations or a manned support desk
- Open-ended staff augmentation with no scope (we scope, then build)
- Regulated advice — legal, medical, financial — as an output we stand behind
See exactly how we scope a build — a real sample statement of work.
The clearest proof of how we work is a sample SOW: the spec structure, the acceptance-criteria format, the payment and IP terms, and what a handover contains. It's the template we'd use for your first project. We'll send it to your inbox — no sales call required to read it.
Agency email only. No spam, no drip sequence — the document, then it's your move.
Three steps from "I signed a client" to "it's shipped."
Intro call
20 minutes. You describe the client build; we tell you honestly whether it's in our lane, rough the scope, and name a price band. If it isn't a fit, we say so.
Spec + acceptance criteria
We write the spec and the acceptance criteria, then agree on a fixed price and payment terms — the NDA is signed before any client detail changes hands. "Done" is defined in writing before any code is written.
Build, smoke-test, hand over
We build to spec, run a happy-path smoke test, and hand over code, docs, and a runbook — white-label, ready for you to deliver under your name. IP assigns to you on final payment.
The questions agencies actually ask
Will my client ever know you exist?
No. We work through you, under NDA, with no branding of ours in the deliverable and no contact with your client unless you put us on a call as your team.
Who owns the code?
You do, on final payment — free to assign onward to your client. We keep no hidden license and claim no portfolio rights over your client's build.
What if the build doesn't do what we agreed?
The acceptance criteria are written before we start. If a delivery misses them, we fix it to spec — that's included, not billed as change requests.
Can you work our US hours?
We're in Bulgaria (EU) with daily overlap into US business hours for calls, demos, and quick turnarounds. Deep work is async; we're reachable when your client-facing day needs us.
Do you do fixed price or hourly?
Both — fixed-scope for defined builds (most common), or capacity by the hour when the spec is still moving. Same IP and confidentiality terms either way. See pricing.
Signed a client you can't staff this month? Let's scope the build.
A 20-minute intro call: you describe the work, we tell you honestly whether it's a fit, and you leave with a scope shape and a price band. No obligation.
